How long does delivery take?

Delivery will take 5-8 days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with a tracking number sent to your email.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

We ship worldwide, and our main markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. All prices on this site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United States: 5–8 business days (48 contiguous states); Alaska, Hawaii and PO/APO boxes 8–12 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shown in USD before you pay. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. US orders are handed to USPS or UPS for final delivery, Canadian orders to Canada Post, UK orders to Royal Mail or Evri, and Australian orders to Australia Post. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Duties and import taxes are not included in our shipping fees and, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer:

• United States: most orders of this size and value clear without additional duty; any duty or processing fee assessed by CBP is payable by the recipient.
• Canada: CBSA may apply GST/HST, provincial tax and a carrier handling fee on import.
• United Kingdom: import VAT (20%) may be collected by the carrier before delivery on orders above the low-value threshold.
• Australia: GST (10%) may be applied by the ABF or carrier on import.

Restricted Destinations

Because this product is a realistic-looking scale replica, some countries, states and territories restrict or prohibit the import of imitation firearms, regardless of the fact that it cannot fire a projectile. This includes, for example, parts of Australia (state-by-state replica rules), the UK's rules on realistic imitation firearms, Canadian replica-device rules, and certain US states and cities. It is your responsibility to check the law where you live before ordering. We are not able to issue refunds for packages seized, returned, or destroyed by customs or other authorities due to local restrictions on replica items.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
